Phil and Whit get legit at Bayvue Estate!
What can I even say about this wedding? Â Whitney and Phil are absolutely amazing people, and I am so privileged to have had the opportunity to get to know them. Â We worked together through an amazing vintage-hipster engagement session, published on Tidewater and Tulle!
Being a part of this special day and capturing the heartwarming memories between these two was too precious.  I know I’ve said it countless times, but as a wedding photographer, it’s easy to tell when a couple is meant for each other while watching them interact with so much detail.  That is entirely the case for Whitney and Phil.
They celebrated a modern minimalistic hipster style wedding with styling by my very favorite, Mad Hatter Vintage Rentals and Styling. Their wedding details were simple but very powerful, with a gorgeous outdoor ceremony lakeside at Bayvue Estate in Matthews, Virginia. A tent-covered reception followed next, and let me tell you, these people know how to get down. I can say with confidence that this wedding party were some of the biggest party animals I’ve seen. It was hilarious and awesome at the same time. I loved this Bayvue Estate Wedding, and I think it was perfect for capturing their special day.
